Refund Policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Syneli, a macOS app operated by David Kuvaev as an individual.
1. Where You Purchased Syneli
Refunds depend on where you bought your subscription.
If you purchased Syneli through the Apple App Store, your purchase is processed by Apple. App Store refunds, cancellations, renewal issues, and billing questions are handled under Apple's own App Store policies and processes. You can manage subscriptions from your Apple account settings or request a refund through Apple.
If you purchased Syneli directly from our website or through a checkout outside the App Store, your purchase may be processed by Paddle or another payment provider. The sections below apply to those direct purchases.
2. Direct Purchase Refund Window
For direct purchases made outside the App Store, you can request a refund within 14 days of your first paid purchase if Syneli is not a good fit, if you bought it by mistake, or if the app does not work as expected and we cannot reasonably help resolve the issue.
Renewal payments are generally not refundable after the renewal has been processed, except where required by law or where there is a clear billing or technical issue. You can cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.
3. How to Request a Refund
For direct purchases, email kuvaboss@gmail.com with the email address used for purchase, your order or transaction ID if available, and a short description of the issue.
If your direct purchase was processed by Paddle, you can also use the receipt, billing, or subscription management links provided by Paddle, or visit Paddle's buyer support site to request help with the transaction.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider and original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider, card network, bank, and country.
If a refund is issued, access to the refunded paid features may end immediately or at the end of the refunded billing period.
5. Abuse and Fraud
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, repeated purchase-and-refund behavior, chargeback abuse, or violation of the Syneli Terms of Use.
6. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If local law gives you stronger refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or billing rights, those rights apply.
7. Contact
